Shipping and Returns


All personalized orders have a processing turnaround time of 4-10 business days and non-personalized items ship within 1-3 business days. (This does not include shipping time.) We always try to get your order to you as soon as possible! We ship everything USPS unless otherwise specified. 

If you are interested in a rush order or expedited shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order. Please note that expedited shipping will not reduce processing time. 



Personalized Items: Personalized and custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if there is a problem with your order that is our mistake please inform us within 48 hours of delivery and we will be more than happy to correct it! 

Non-Personalized Items: All sale, jewelry, and holiday items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Eligible merchandise for return must be unworn and unwashed, with no stains or smells of smoke, no pet hairs/odors or deodorant, etc. Merchandise sent back in this condition will not qualify for a return.

Eligible merchandise may be returned for store credit only within 14 days of delivery. Credit will be issued only for the amount paid for the item. Shipping charges will not be credited back. 

To make a return, please contact our customer service department to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Returns received without an RMA number will not be accepted. 

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and returns can be shipped to us using the carrier of your choice, however we do recommend a shipping method that provides a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost returned packages.
